Peter Oberlindacher tom\u00f3 fotograf\u00edas ambientales en blanco y negro de muchas de las mujeres entrevistadas por Begona, el Basque Museum &amp; Cultural Center, la Basque Educational Organization, The Basques of Kern County y el proyecto Tales from the Past.   Patty Miller, coordinadora del proyecto, destacar\u00e1 las historias de algunas de las mujeres que aparecen en la exposici\u00f3n y que llegaron al Oeste americano. Los temas incluyen los del trabajo, la opresi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y la vida en su tierra natal, as\u00ed como la inmigraci\u00f3n y la integraci\u00f3n en la sociedad en su nuevo hogar.
