Borrowing a Device from the Martin Minaberry Library

A few devices have been donated to the Martin Minaberry Library; in turn, we have cleaned them up and are loaning them out to families to help during this unprecedented time.

If you are in need of a device, please fill in the form below. We have a limited supply of devices, so we will need to review applications using two factors: 1. first come, first serve, and 2. the level of need.

We will let you know as soon as possible the availability of the device and arrange your receipt in the follow-up emails.

We recognize these are challenging times, so we're extending our borrowing windows. Please select about how long would you like to borrow the device for.

Here's what we ask:

We're going to keep this very simple: 1. That as the borrower you accept full responsibility of the device. 2. That you do not physically misuse the device. 3. That you do not alter, delete, copy, tamper with any software loaded on the device or otherwise change its existing configuration, including installing software on the device without prior consultation with the BEO in writing (info@basqueeducational.org). 4. You keep the device in your own possession during the entire period of the loan. 5. If you have hardware or software problems, that you reach out to the BEO (info@basqueeducational.org).

Lending policies:

1. Due to limited supply, devices are distributed based on need. 2. The BEO reserves the right to deny checkout privileges based on past abuses. 3. The BEO is not responsible for damage to an external device (i.e., a flash drive or other external device) or for the loss of data that may occur while the device is in use. 4. Should there be damage to the device and it is determined that the damage is was due to the misuse while in the possession of the borrower, the cost of the damage will be passed to the borrower and the BEO will expect repayment for said costs. *Note: Devices are equipped with tracking software for theft detection.
